To lead and direct development of financial strategy and plans for CTC Group with an emphasis on maximizing growth, profitability and optimum utilization of resources. Includes monitoring of performance against objectives and targets. Providing effective and efficient support to internal finance function with in CTC Group in line with the directions of top management.    

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CMA/CFA/ ACCA or equivalent is a plus.

Minimum Experience:

• 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in finance functions, of which at least 5 years are at a managerial level.

Required Skills:

• English Language.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of Financial Regulations.
• Knowledge of Financial Policies & Procedures.
