 Background:

To successfully manage operational strategies for Real Estate Development from conceptual design, and implementation till completion in line with the Vision and Mission of the company. Set pragmatic goals and ensure effective communication to employees for achievement of these goals within specified time frame. Manage and direct all departments within the company so as to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of results as per planning

 

 
 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum Qualification: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any business administration related discipline.
  • MBA from recognised university (is a plus).

Minimum Experience:

  • (10-12) years of working in similar capacity having experience in real estate development of which (7-10) years in managerial position

  • Contract management.
