 Background:

  • Projects execution: To drive the development and execution of projects that are consistent with the strategic framework and objectives of this projects and aligned with other business strategies.
  •  Stakeholder Engagement: Lead stakeholder engagement for the Company. Build alliances and coalitions with key constituency groups (local, national and international political, social, and environmental leaders) whose work and missions are aligned with the Company’s priorities.
  • Business Integration: Promote the CR as a culture within the organization. Educate and link different groups and functions.

 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Projects executions in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and functions, drive the development and execution of projects that are consistent with the strategic framework and objectives of this projects and aligned with other business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement. Lead stakeholder engagement for the Company. Build alliances and coalitions with key constituency groups (local, national and international political, social, and environmental leaders) whose work and missions are aligned with the Company’s priorities.
  • Business Integration. Promote the CSI as a culture within the organization. Educate and link different groups and functions.
  • Communications. Work effectively with the internal and external public relations and communications teams to advance the Company’s reputation with respect to CSI. Represent the company in diverse complex and high- profile situations globally.

Fiscal Oversight. Through the CSI strategic and operational planning process, develop an understanding of the fiscal impact of the Company’s goals and priorities in this area. Assist the CCSI manager in the annual reports, operating budget and budgetary control.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

BSc or advanced degree in business, marketing or a related degree.

3 years of experience with high-profile branded organization.

Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective responses.

Strong customer service commitment for internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to establish and meet deadlines; ability to establish clear priorities quickly.

Innovative thinker who can constructively challenge conventional ways of thinking and introduce new ideas.
