Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:  (Short description)

Keeping parts in safety stock and well organized for easy access and request for requester . and ensure minimum level stock to avoid run out .

1.  Ensure the spare parts availability and tracking the consumption and highlight high consumed parts to management.

2.  Order and Re-order spare parts to maintain safety stock .

3.  Send daily report which is contains day-to-day requisition, Maintaining detailed accurate stock report, issue out parts , GRN , and PR status .

4.  Maintaining and monitoring, highlighting the slow and nonmoving Spare Parts items to his management.

5. Perform system entries for Issuing spare parts.

6. Filling the reconciliation sheets for variable spare parts.

7. Keep the documentation of POs , and Invoices and Raises necessary documentation which accompanies materials to site and follows up to ensure correct transfer of issued materials and appropriate signature for receipt. .

8.   Oversees storeroom and do stocking shelves, verifying supply levels and assisting personnel with check-in/check-out of materials.

9.  Ensures that materials are issued on the basis of first in first out (FIFO) system.

10. Ensure that the materials / electronic spare parts are in recommended storing conditions to avoid the damages .

11. Perform other related duties as required .

Education:    

Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management /Stores Management, desirable.

Experience:

5 years in spare parts stores at plant level.
