 Background:

  • The role will involve performing key quality activities including supporting the Quality Function and ensuring that quality standards and business needs are met.

Reporting to the Quality Manager



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining documents, forms and registers that are part of our Business processes
  • Developing and updating process charts (using MS Office Suite)
  • Maintaining all quality systems procedures
  • Establishing and integrating records and archiving requirements across the company
  • Providing administrative and technical support for improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining a register of improvement projects and report on progress of improvement projects across the company
  • Facilitate Corrective and Preventative Action procedure, maintain appropriate records, and report status (including pay memo, business portal and management review).
  • Manage the customer satisfaction process from collation of sample through to reporting of results to management team.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Education
  • Relevant Bachelor Degree
  • Competencies Required

 

  • Good command of spoken and written English. Observant and analytic, with excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills. Familiar to all MS Windows / office application
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job
