  • To provide Morouj Retail  department with needed services in order to fulfill their requirements and achieve targets.
  • Execute the POB strategy and standards.

Deliver POB and merchandising objectives into top end of retailers.

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Set merchandising coverage plans and implements it’s through the merchandising team.
  • Ensure POB standards and planograms implementation in the market to improve visibility.
  • Reporting for the monthly POB KPI’s.
  • Executes the merchandising projects and activities by trade channel through

        Managing a team of team leaders and merchandisers to achieve above objective by brand.

  • Develops in alignment with POB plans creative ideas to win at POB.
  • Have the accountability and Monitor POB assets and tools in market and at the warehouses, and   develops relevant analysis.
  • Monitor competition activities in the market and implementing/agreed counter merchandising activities and reporting in monthly basis.
  • Planned & prepared monthly communication to the Merchandisers.
  • Set and deploy quantities of POS materials as per the channel strategy &merchandising coverage.
  • Analyzes and evaluates company key merchandising activities to ensure their effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Communicates merchandising activities & visibility plans per brand Monthly by channel to the Area sales managers and trade marketing manager to ensure alignment on the plans.
  • Set POB plans per channel/category and market along with KPi’s for tracking.
  • Monitor POB inventory in market and at the warehouses, and develops

             Relevant analysis to ensure its ROI.



 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Education:  Any university or college degree
Experience: 1/  At least 3 years of experience in managing merchandising team in the field of Fast Moving Consumer Goods as merchandising team leader 
2/  Good knowledge of trade structure
3/  Knowing Persuasive sales format

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1.    Organization, coaching and supervisory skills.

2.    Report writing ability.

3.    Able to work of own Initiative.

4.    Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

5. Professional knowledge of Arabic and English Languages
