 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide operations support within the HR&OD team to deliver end to end transactional HR services to the CHRM and as assigned.
  • Working with internal clients to assess development needs, performing gap analysis, designing and leading programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating leadership programs for Plan International Sudan’s executive/Leadership levels.
  • Lead the process of talent management programs and initiatives to improve the depth and diverseness of the local leadership talents.
  • Coordinate with departmental Heads, line managers, and Supervisors to have a complete learning & Development Plan for all Country Office staff
  • Collaborating with organization leaders and regional Learning & Development Advisors focal persons to develop and execute an incorporated approach to development, learning and talent management.
  • Providing counsel and leadership to senior leaders to develop in-house training programs that aligns with the organization’s strategy.
  • Coordinate and Facilitate staff orientation and the on-boarding onto Plan systems including HRIS, payroll and all relevant benefits, on-line courses.
  • Build working relationships with other key HR stakeholders throughout effective Partnership
  • Ensure timely delivery of the learning needs according to the approved organizational plan
  • Assuring the appropriate connection of proposal and delivery methods, education and development programs to Plan International Sudan staff.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bsc. degree in the field of Business administration, economics, or any other related field. A degree in Human Resources from an accredited institution is an added advantage.
  • At least successful five years of experience in the field of HR, three of them years in a middle level role
  • Must have skills to conduct trainings and excellent organizing and planning skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in cross- Cultural environment.
  • Must possess strong ethical attitude, negotiation and persuasion skills, respect confidentiality, and strive for high performance.
  • Commitment to Plan International’s values, mission and mandate.

Salary and Benefits:

Plan offers a very competitive salary and benefits package to its employees. The employee shall receive a gross salary of 1000 - 1300 USD negotiable based on experience    Plan also offers different allowances including health insurance, one month’s gross salary during Eid-ul Fitr, and an educational allowance (equivalent to one month’s gross salary) at the start of every school year to support the education of our staffs’ children. We are also known as a learning institute that builds up staff career development and provides comprehensive Talent Management Programs.
