	Background: This opportunity is available to an experienced Recruitment Officer, comfortable with working in a high volume role.
	Duties and responsibilities: Management of end to end recruitment process; Ensuring recruitment, selection and appointment policies and procedures are followed; Provide employee relations support and advice; Draft and update human resources policies and procedures; Maintaining and updating daily reporting spreadsheets; Assist in development, implementation and review of recruitment system.
	Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR related fields At least 3 years' experience in a technical recruitment role. Experience within a HR generalist role is highly regarded. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Advanced computer literacy skills in MS Office Suite applications. Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask.
