 Background:

For Engineering Company in Sudan

  • The Aftermarket Sales Supervisor is a sales & technical professional that is looked at to improve the retail sales through Auto stars’ outlets as per authorizations assigned. He is responsible for managing retail staff within the business outlet. He / She coordinates the shipping of goods, sets up displays, and assists customers and staff driving sales forewords. The organization will depend on this person's expertise and network to maximize the staff, sales and customer expectations leading to strong professional teams. 

 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

 Duties:

  • Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
  •  Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. 
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
  • Support, motivate, set action plan for staff members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Supervise and Evaluate on-the-job sales performance daily.
  • Liaise closely with finance dept. in coordinating daily financial issues related to credit sales, launching new debtor account, etc
  •  Work closely with other job functions in the company to coordinate for key requirements.
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual market updates report on new products and/or services, competitors, business opportunities, etc.
  •  Build a good relationship with the customers & authorized distributors providing full support to have an eye over competitors’ activities and hence having a strong brand image and up to date status reports.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure optimal stock items are in stock (Work closely with credit unit to facilitate payments and work on eliminating financial drawbacks.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • MBA (Desirable).
  • Experience: 5 Years+ in lubricants business  (3 years + Sudan market experience)
  • Leadership /Negotiation skills
  • Sales & marketing

  •  Presentation
