Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Purpose: To work with warehouse staff and the department management to insure that the inventory is properly balanced and providing the needful information that can help in decision making.

He is the key person who uses the inventory system to check and insure all the in and out stock transactions is correct, do the stock transfers through the warehouse and issue material from the system.

• Count the stock with the store keepers and do the validation with book balance and the actual and report about any variances.
• Investigate the variances with responsible staff with the directions with the warehouse manager.
• Raise the daily report of stock count to department management and justify the variances.
• Manage all the handovers of stock between all shifts staff and identify the source of variances if any and raise the result to the warehouse manager.
• Do the needful preparation with all storekeepers for the monthly and cycle counts and lead the counting team for stock count with the direction of the warehouse manager.
• Raise full monthly reports by the result of the stock take and insure that he is getting all committee members signature.
• Manage the salesmen compensation for their shortages in loading and sign the shortage report and all the needful actions with staff to reduce these shortages to the minimum level.
• Do the daily random check for loads and returns.

• Prepare the daily trays manual report and report about the sales men shortage.

• Follow up the damaged and nonconforming products with the storekeepers and raise the daily and monthly report about damaged and repack.

• Do all transfers and issuance between the warehouses and gives daily and monthly reports. 

• University degree in account or any relative degree.
• 2 Years’ experience in the same job.
• Ability to speak and write reports in English.
• Ability to work in pressure.
