Duties and responsibilities:

Coordinating the administrative operations at the level of company management and entire departments providing administrative support , Coordinating meetings , committees and task forces, Maintaining documentation work (records and files ).

Responsible for the efficient administration operations in the company, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Qualification: Any degree but preferably graduate of business administration

Very energetic with excellent time management

Bilingual (Arabic & English perfect)

Strong computer skills (MS Office)

Preferable use of ERP system

Experience in events &meetings management
