Duties and responsibilities:
Resources Department. 2- Participates in the development of strategic and operational plans for human resources. 3- Participates in the planning of manpower. 4- Manages performance appraisal and training. 5- Follow up recruitment and employment procedures. 6- Prepares job description cards. 7- Supervises and monitors the implementation of policies, procedures and regulations governing the work. 8- Supervision and follow-up of the system of attendance , wages, salaries, allowances, advances, overtime, grants, indirect compensation and end of service. 9- Supervises the development of working mechanisms in relation to the approved technical systems for human resources (ASCON ERP System). 10- Prepares periodic and annual reports on human resources performance and submits them to the corporate office. 11- Prepare the periodic reports requested by the direct manager.
