Participate in the development of policies and legislation for the Human
2- Participates in the development of strategic and operational plans for human resources.
3- Participates in the planning of manpower.
4- Manages performance appraisal and training.
5- Follow up recruitment and employment procedures.
6- Prepares job description cards.
7- Supervises and monitors the implementation of policies, procedures and regulations governing the work.
8- Supervision and follow-up of the system of attendance , wages, salaries, allowances, advances, overtime, grants, indirect compensation and end of service.
9- Supervises the development of working mechanisms in relation to the approved technical systems for human resources (ASCON ERP System).
10- Prepares periodic and annual reports on human resources performance and submits them to the corporate office.
11- Prepare the periodic reports requested by the direct manager.
