Duties and responsibilities:

Drawing up a training plan.

Managing budgets.

Producing materials needed for training.

Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses.

Liaising with managers and staff in identifying training & development needed.

Retrieve and analyze performance appraisal feedback for identifying training and development gaps.

Develop special programs to improve behavioral skills (general competencies).
-
Choose and negotiate with training providers for best offers.
-
Carry out new employee’s orientation.
-
Assist in interviewing job applicants, administrating recruitment process and conduct entrance assessments.
-
Participate in all HR activities (meetings, workshops, events, exhibitions, etc...)
