For Agriculture Export Company in Khartoum

• Drawing up a training plan.
• Managing budgets.
• Producing materials needed for training.
• Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses.
• Liaising with managers and staff in identifying training & development needed.
• Retrieve and analyze performance appraisal feedback for identifying training and development gaps.
• Develop special programs to improve behavioral skills (general competencies).
• Choose and negotiate with training providers for best offers.
• Carry out new employee’s orientation.
• Assist in interviewing job applicants, administrating recruitment process and conduct entrance assessments.
• Participate in all HR activities (meetings, workshops, events, exhibitions, etc...)

Minimum 9 Years of Experience in Same Filed

• Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
