About Catholic Relief Services (CRS):
CRS is leading a consortium of six international organizations and implement Taadoud II Program to build resilient livelihoods for rural conflict-affected populations through achieving strategic objectives that focus on agricultural livelihoods (farming and livestock) and maternal/child nutrition in the five states of Darfur regions funded by DFID.
Job Responsibilities:

To support and measure Taadoud-II Consortium Partners achievements in: targeting the vulnerable communities in all NRM catchment areas, reaching Project milestones, follow Quarterly and Annual Implementation Plans and provide systematic follow-up mechanisms and tools for measuring their progress;

To ensure that Taadoud-II Partners implement standard processes, both output and outcome monitoring checklists, questionnaires and formats, and ensure valid and quality data assurance during data collection from the sources and accurately recording in databases including Android based data collection tools, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, and writing quality narrative reports;

To ensure that all Partners MEAL staff and programme staff are well trained and confident to use M&E methods and approved tools;

To ensure that ‘Accountability’, ‘Lessons Learned’ and ‘Case Studies’ are well captured from the field of Taadoud-II, and that are appropriately documented and submitted to MEAL Coordinator for finalization and dissemination.
Typical Background, Experience & Requirements:
Education and Experience:

This position is only for sudanese nationality.

University degree, or equivalent, in Economics, Statistics, Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, International Development, or related fields.

At least two years of relevant experience project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, partner relations, and donor relations preferred.

Previous experience in project implementation and reporting, with CRS or INGO preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook email strongly preferred, experience in SPSS/STATA ad advantage.

Extensive experience working with beneficiary communities, especially strong networking skills to liaise with local authorities.
