Duties and responsibilities: · Drive both quantity and quality of volumes in the assigned territory. · Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for channel distribution business (both key accounts led and direct distribution-based selling). · Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization. · Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting. (weekly/monthly in some cases). · Finding new customers and constantly expanding the business through alternate channels/better quality distribution. · Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision makers. · Competition tracking and monitoring in market for current and potential new categories. · Ensure high quality merchandizing output through a team assigned. · Strong knowledge of consumer industry (Product based FMCG cos). · Strong execution led capabilities and be able to handle multiple agendas at a time. · Analyze small amounts of data and draw references from other competitors or categories in market space (Strong excel & follow-up skills). Ability to handle vendors and internal stakeholders like area sales managers and provide support to execute in the least amount of time. |
