Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:  

  • Assist PMs & PCs in developing  appropriate objectives and indicators to measure effects on interventions
  • Assist in the implementation of baseline studies for the projects, and any follow up surveys or studies that are required.
  • Work with the PMs &PCs to generate  the monthly projects review narrative report
  • Work with PMs and finance to monitor the project’s cost recovery on monthly basis and share with the CO.
  • Facilitate and insure of using of participatory M&E involving communities and insure that they have required capacity and simple tools to effectively participate in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Facilitate and participate effectively in project audits, reviews and evaluation.
  • Ensure that lessons learned case studies are captured and properly documented and archived by carrying out regular project/program reviews.
  • Assist in designing of quality reporting and newsletter.
  • Conduct site visits regularly to monitor implementation and submit monthly reports on project progress.
  • Ensure that effective monitoring project’s interventions is carried out and documented properly.
  • Lead baseline for project and CS outcomes LLDT in Plan area
  • Understanding of the community issues and interest to build and plan solutions, and promote that among people.

Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge:    

  • BSC. In Social Science, Statistic, Economic, or related discipline with at least 3 years per in M&E.
  • Ability to develop & present different program models in front of different kinds of audience in or off site.
  • Use wide range of sources of data and information to make the right decision.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic skills
  • Excellent reporting, negotiation, analytical and logical skills
  • Strongly acquainted with MS Office and communication software
  • Creative, supportive of team members, ready to learn
  • Strong ethical drive
  • Accept that work off hours may be required.

Salary and Benefits:
Plan offers a very competitive salary and benefits package to its employees. The employee shall receive a gross salary of 984 in USD. Plan also offers different allowances including health insurance, one month’s gross salary during Eid-ul Fitr, and an educational allowance (equivalent to one month’s gross salary) at the start of every school year to support the education of our staffs’ children.
