Administrative Manager

A leading company working in the field of pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food supplement its looking for qualified candidate to fill the following position: Administrative Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute on setting the main goals for the company.
  • Prepare the sub-plan and executive program for administration affairs to achieve the main objective for the company.
  • Participation on top Management meeting.
  • Responsible for informing staff about the decision after adoption.
  • Approve all the exchange documents after signing and reviewing from the financial Manager.
  • Attend meeting of the board of directors and assist in the decision.
  • Chairing and managing periodic meeting and assisting in the declare of decision.
  • Implementation of approved quality plans for administrative affairs.
  • Participate in drafting and preparation of administrative procedure with the preventive of the management for quality system and the director of planning and quality assurance.
  • Save and maintain license documents, commercial and tax registration and follow up the validity of these documents and government document needed.
  • Review the final statements of promotions and job placement and payroll at the end of each year.
  • Audit of the annual budget.
  • Make sure that all administrative instructions are already followed and the imposition of sanctions on violators.
  • Check monthly wages and salaries.
  • To be responsible from the cars maintenance and dealing with traffic.
  • Adoption the leaves request and appointment and termination decisions.
  • Responsible from the safety and to keep all the content of the company from the theft and he has the right to issue instructions and decisions to enable them to do.
  • Representing the company in events and formal meeting with the authorization of the board directors.
  • Training personnel working on admistrative affairs for their work and transfer their experience to them.to be qualified to replace in case of vacancy.
  • Weekly reporting, half monthly, monthly, yearly for the top management, executive management to discussion this reports on top management meeting.
  • Do any other task are complementary to the function of the job.

Minimum qualification, Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmancy or related field.
  • Master Degree on related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience: at least 5 years
Essential: fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
