A leading pharmaceutical company working in the field of pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food supplement its looking for qualified candidate to fill the following position: Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate on preparing the plan;
• See the policies and procedure that related to the marketing, sales, promotion and participate on designing & developing forms that work needed;
• Monitor the implementation of policies and procedure for sales .and ensure the commitment of the marketing representative & sales representative are used;
• Follow the movement of market representative and sale representative and daily collector on the customer location and geographic area;
• Daily reports about the field performance for market rep and sale rep and clarify any slackness or shortening in their performance;
• Customers visits, sales point and pharmacy and explain on the report the failures by marketrep, sales rep and collectors;
• Participate on data collection about the marker provided to marketing Manager;
• Participate on database for company’s customers. And data base about the expected attract new customers;
• Participate on the evaluation of the executive performance of the sales plan and asses the performance of his subordinate from marketrep& sales rep;
• Induction of market direction and prediction the influencing factor for sales positive or negative. And inform the market manager and sales manager to take the necessary measure;
• To inform the market manager & sales manager any point’s worth paying attention regarding to the sales may cause problem to company goals;
• Commitment to confidentiality to ensure the protection of information and the company;
• Prepare the data, information and reports which requested on time;
• Do any other task are complementary to the function of the job.

Minimum qualification, experience and Skills required:

• Education: Bachelors of pharmacy or medicine or marketing or business administration.
• Experience: at least 5-7 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Essential: Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
