Age: Maximum 35 Years Old

 Salary start from 6000-8000 SDG  

• Manage company quality system (including documentation, record retention) to insure company services meet all customer requirements.
• Responsible of ensuring regulatory compliance to all aspects.
• Ability to understand, design and apply quality assurance directive.
• Provide guidance and supervision to direct reports within departments.
• Conducting QMS training of personnel to support the TQMS.
• Performing internal audits to demonstrate QMS.
• Issuing, reviewing and providing corrective and preventive actions when necessary to maintain and strengthen the QMS.
• Support the (customer focus) of the company by ensuring quality satisfaction through the collection and response to customer feedback.
• Issuing proper action feedback in a timely manner in response to quality issues with company services.
• Review of processes with management to change for effectiveness and compliance to the TQMS

• Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree. Professional certificate in TQM will add advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC and increase customer satisfaction level in Industry service
• Deep knowledge in TQM implementation for operation. Functions and Sudanese labor law.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Ability to create business plans with actionable objectives
• Strong computer skills, communication skills, effective oral and written abilities.
• Customer-first approach to dealing with quality issues and challenges.
• Networking skills to liaise with business partners and clients
• Experience working in a start-up or with new business development
• Keen attention to details and effective problem-solving skills are highly preferred
