Enforce the QSE policy at the entity level

Ensure compliance with the quality, safety, health and environmental processes and put in place corrective action plans

Ensure the implementation of tools for prevention and analysis of industrial risks.

Propose actions integrating into its activity to participate in the development of the region.

Ensure the implementation of geotechnical solutions agreed and recorded in the land control register.

Determine the number of people, equipment and consumables needed for the production process.

Conduct annual production programs and monthly schedules in collaboration with engineering and planning.

Ensure the sustainability of the extraction means.

Manage the investment projects entrusted to him.

Check and control the technical operating ratios.

Ensure collection of billing and production items.

Develop technical activity reports.

Manage the interface with the other departments of the farm and with the subcontractors.

Comment on analytics and rationalize ratios, variances, operating costs.

Develops, with the Director of Operations, the entity's own mining development plan according to the orientations of the General Management, which defines the entity's strategy. Strategy over 5 years then 3 years (updated annually).

Develops the entity's action plan in collaboration with the technical teams (Technical and Branch Development Departments), adjusting it according to the needs of the operation during the activity.

Validate monthly and annual performance bonuses

Receive grievances from staff and shop stewards and ensure their follow-up in order to create a favorable social climate

Guarantee the performance of HR indicators (Absenteeism, ...)

Plan the activity of its employees by defining clear objectives and validating the action plans proposed by them.

Develop and maintain clear work procedures for its employees that enable the proper execution of operations and their proper level of control.

Control the work of its employees whether by controlling specific operations or through the overall results produced.
