Job Grade: Processing responsible Eng

Job Purpose:

• Follow-up of the activity, analyze the gaps and redefine recovery actions in terms of production, cost, safety and environment.
• If necessary, use experts in the field (technical management, consultancy and consulting firms) to solve technical or organizational problems encountered.
• Team management under his responsibility, develop and support them.
• Mining development plan,
• Strategic plan,
• Annual budget and forecasts.
• Management reviews,
• QSE meetings,
• Operational management plan according to the meeting matrix.        

• IN QSE & CSR

1. Enforce the QSE policy at the entity level
2. Ensure compliance with the quality, safety, health and environmental processes and put in place corrective action plans
3. Ensure the implementation of tools for prevention and analysis of industrial risks.
4. Chairing meetings with the Health and Safety Committees (CHSCT)
5. Propose actions integrating into its activity to participate in the development of the region.

• Planning and Mining Studies:

1. Participate in the definition of the annual production program, decline the objectives retained in monthly and weekly production program and ensure its realization
2. Contribute to the development of the investment and operating budgets necessary to achieve the objectives set.
3. Ensure the realization of the projects of its entity in the respect of the objectives fixed.
4. Manage providers
5. Guarantee the mastery of processes and ensure the quality of production
6. Establish programs of enrichment schemes according to the qualities and qualities required
7. Ensure the proper operation of equipment
8. Continuously improve productivity, yield, consumption (especially energy and water) and performance of the production tool

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Processing
2. 5 to 10 years' experience
3. interpersonal skills;
4. report-writing skills
5. good in Arabic & English language – French language is an advantage
