Micro Finance Company in Sudan 



  • Manage external agencies related business such as Insurance Companies, Contractors, Experts in Live Stock, Agriculture.. etc..  Verify new agencies against policy and prepare contracts. Supervise agencies performance on daily basis for appraising reports, insurance policies, claims, registration of lands and mortgage, conduct site surveys and prepare reports on status.  Conduct negotiations with the agencies on daily basis to solve issues. 


 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure that all agencies reports are correct and complete and report results..
  • Analyze agencies profiles and information and short list them to advise their inclusion in Company panel.
  • Communicate and negotiate agencies in case of new products, Contractor, specialists for new fees.
  • Adequate control functions with site visits to ensure quality of performance and typical function for this purpose to be established.
  • Supervise daily signing of properties in signing ceremonies. 
  • Manage and ensure that contracts for inclusion of new agencies are correct prior sending their draft to new agencies. 
  • Follow up and ensure turnaround time requirements as prescribed by business for all agencies functioning. 
  • Provide feedback to Credit Policy Manager and other related units on issues identified.
  • Provide accurate and timely MIS to Credit Policy Manager, Credit Risk Officer on status of cases with agencies.
  • Guide and teach the support EAMU Assistant to ensure timely processes as per policy and qualifying applications should only be sent for processing.





 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:


  • University graduate or experience not less than 4 years in engineering.
  • Strong knowledge about agencies reports and technical assessment
  • Strong knowledge about consumer credit policies and procedures
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Great communication skills – written and oral
  • Computer skills
  • Highly self motivated
  • Persistent and able to work under pressure.
