Duties and responsibilities: Purpose of the position:
− Oversees building operation, executive offices and senior executive villas requirements
Responsibilities & duties:
− Oversee the management of branch premises and executive offices
− Oversee the bank's branches day-to-day building operations.
− Ensure that the costs associated with building maintenance are controlled and within budget.
− Follow up on the quality issues arising in the bank’s branches.
− Inspect, maintain and secure work spaces in the bank's branches to the highest standards.
− To initiate such repairs and maintenance as may be necessary to keep the highest standards of office presentation and facilities, especially those open to customers.
− Oversee the management of executive villas, ensuring that costs are controlled and kept within budget.
− Implement approved moves and re-stacking projects.
− Implement special projects assignment from CRE and other Senior Executives as approved by the Head of Banking Operations.
− Provide leave cover for Facilities Manager and other staff. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
− Bachelor Degree preferably engineering or related field
− Minimum 8 years’ experience in related field
− Computer literacy
− English language
− Communication Skills
− Flexible
− Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks |
