Purpose of the position:

−      - Project Management

−      - Design Management

−      - Architect. 

Responsibilities & duties:

−      Managing CRE major projects assigned under his direct project management.

−      Manage the process of design and review of occupancy layout changes as requested by the stakeholders.

−      Managing the consultants and contractors for the delivery of the projects assigned under his project management.

−      Providing assistance in designing minor designs changes required in CRE building.

−      Liaise with Governmental departments in the approvals related to the assigned projects.

−      Attend documents and follow up on the actions for the pre-contract coordination meeting with consultants.

−      Manage and Control of tendering process for CRE projects.

−      Coordinates the installation of external signage’s for CRE projects with signage suppliers.

Keeps custody of all CRE projects plans and follow up on the delivery of the main packages of the projects as indicated to her by the Head of CRE

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field
• Computer literacy
• English language
• Communication Skills
• Flexible
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
