JOB PURPOSE:

• To assist in the day-to-day management and operation of facilities owned / operated / leased by bank by actively coordinating with the external vendors in order to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the facilities. To manage implementation of special FM/CRE projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

• Degree holders : 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• Diploma holders : 4 - 5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector

Knowledge, & Other skills:

• Knowledge of Facility Management operations.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer and MS office skills.
• Arabic and English speaking preferred.
