Duties and responsibilities: JOB PURPOSE: To provide support to Head of Projects and Project Managers to develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, technical documents approvals and related items like commercial correspondence.To provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Real Estate department by ensuring proper archival and update of documents and other material as per the established policies and procedures and assisting in other departmental work as required in order to facilitate effective operations.
