Background: JOB PURPOSE: To lead, plan and manage the property management team in order to ensure that the whole range of Bank properties are operated efficiently and effectively and meet all requirements and quality parameters, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Minimum Qualifications: § Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: § Degree Holder: 10+ years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management exercise.
Knowledge & Other skills: § Good knowledge of the banking sector in Qatar and the region. § Exceptional communication, negotiation and organizational skills. § Established good relationship with Governmental Authorities. § Experience in coaching and mentoring. Arabic and English speaking preferred |
