Senior Business Application Officer


Reporting to:  CEO

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Take part in the functional consulting services we provide to our partners and customers.
  • Manage and Quantify resources required for a task / project
  • Communicate with all stakeholders related to projects.
  • Guide the sales team during pre-sale.
  • Ensure quality with blue print documents, user acceptance tests and automated tests.
  • Support and improve application deployment process
  • Engage in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines
  • Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timeline
  • Managing the Odoo open source projects and community
  • Provide remotely/on-site support to existing customers
  • Prepare documentation for all the projects.
  • Perform Deployment Documentation.
  • Support In Preparing Response To RFP's
  • Interface with vendor partners and design optimal solutions
  • Collaborate with and coordinate external Odoo consultants and developers


 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • A Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, CIS or computer-related field, or equivalent experience in developing/implementing, consulting, or supporting an ERP system
  • PMP Certified and has at least three years in project management position.
  • Strong Functional & Technical Knowledge of Odoo /Open ERP
  • Strong experience in development & implementation of Full Life Cycle of ERP Development & implementation
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Aiantlity to learn fast and execute accordingly.
  • Strong commitment, integrity, proactivity, positive thinking and a good team player.
  • Contribute in planning, estimating and retrospective across development sprints.
  • Ability to maintain technical & Functional record keeping
  • Ability to use analytical skills to resolve business issues
  • Experience building and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently, without close supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to varying levels of users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, and listening).
  • Detail oriented, strong self-learning skills
