  • Work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media
  • Plan promotional campaigns such as contests, coupons, or giveaways
  • Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards
  • Negotiate advertising contracts
  • Evaluate the look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts, which are sketches or plans for an advertisement
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
  • Develop pricing strategies for products or services marketed to the target customers
  • Meet with clients to provide marketing or related advice
  • Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities

  Duties and responsibilities:

  1. meeting and liaising with clients to discuss briefs, requirements and project progress.

  1. advise clients on what is technically possible and produce a proposal including, for example, the range and scope of the work and realistic timescales and costs.

  1. work with drawings, sketches, models or written instructions to design the product. b

  1. create design ideas using computer-based design packages such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Flash Player and 3D Flash Animator, Apple Final Cut Pro X and Avid audio production software.

  1. collaborate with other specialists, including writers, animators, artists, film-makers and video producers, programmers and sound engineers, and incorporate their work into the final product.

  1. developing and using skills and expertise in appropriate design packages such as Photoshop, In Design and After Effects.


Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business adminstration , marketing or relatedmajor is preferred but not required.
At least 8-11years demonstrable marketing experience(including digital and social)  with particular strengths in those areas identified in Duties.
Demonstrable experience of the development and delivery of successful marketing campaigns.
demonstrable experience of analysing audience and marketing data and using this to shape marketing and communication strategies.
Good computer skills with a strong command of software packages including Word and Excel and experience of website content management systems  email marketing and management softwar, a sound understanding of Google Analytics, digital research software and social media integration.
