Legal Advisor

A- GENERAL JOB PROVISIONS:
To assist in providing support at affiliate Level in the provision of legal services and the dispensation of legal advice to the affiliate as a whole with such other authority as shall be delegated by the Legal counsel from time to time.

B- BASIC FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide legal advice Under the Supervision of the legal Counsel to all departments on business legal issues, and help the Control Manager in the provision of compliance regarding legal issues as and when needed or rolled out.
2. Assist In reviewing the existing policies of the company to ensure it’s compliant with the local laws.
3. Assist in reviewing the current used standard templates of contracts relating to suppliers, Services, customers, throughputters, dealership and HR.
4. Assist In Reviewing the applicable laws and local orders to the business and introduce them to the clients in layman’s language and make it available to everyone a shared drive.
5. Coordinate with External Lawyer & Report to the Legal Counsel About the cases Transfer to them Appointment and effective.
6. Execute the instructions& Guide Lines related to the legal issues.
7. Assist in Set the Legal Budget through discussion and agreement with the concerned parties with reference to the legal works costs.

Brief Experience & Qualifications:
1. Qualifications & Experience Required:
Minimum Qualification:

1. University degree in laws (LLB).
2. Bar examination certificate.
3. Licensee advocate.
4. Commissioner for oaths.

2. COMPETENCIES:
1. Mininum 08 years’ experience in the field.
2. Fluent in both Arabic and English.
3. Computer literate.
4. Any other common competence required for a Legal Advisor.
5. Experience  acquired from previous employment (Full time or External Lawyer for Similar Companies).
