Job Summary

·         Responsible to analyze, manage & monitor performance, maintaining regular reporting for all Alternate Banking Channels products and services.

·         Maintain and monitor performance of different all Alternate Banking Channels (ABC) products and services.

·         Evaluate, analyze, implement, and support the deployment of existing and new alternate banking services.

·         Provide input to management on their benefit and feasibility to our customer base.

·         Manage product deployment projects assigned by the ABC Head.

·         Support Department and Bank philosophies, personnel, products, services, programs, campaigns, and goals to staff and public.

·         Review all ABC policies periodically and update as necessary.

·         Bachelor degree ( IT or computer science)

·         Minimum 2-3 years of experience

·         Fluent in written and spoken English language.

·         Moderate or expert level in MS Excel, Power Point.

·         Should have Research & analysis skills.

·         Release from National Service.
