Role & Responsibilities

·         Track and monitor financial operations of a bank

·         Develop strategies to raise funds for the bank

·         Create logistics and functionalities for the bank to grow

·         Design and initiate banking products and services to attract customers

·         Ensure effective marketing strategies for banking products and services

·         Assist and support the management and the banking staff in building customer relationships

·         Ensure compliance of state, federal and banking laws and regulations

·         Review and assess risks that arise in banking functionalities and activities

·         Monitor and manage all investments

·         Monitor and manage customer deposits

·         Make appropriate recommendations to the top management and the Board of Directors of a bank

·         Broad knowledge of Islamic Banking products

·         Broad knowledge of the inner workings of an Islamic Bank

·         University degree

·         Minimum of 10 years experience in a Treasury Department of an Islamic Bank.
