Job Title: PHARMACEUTICAL SALES SUPERVISOR
Duty Station: Khartoum

Age:  35-45



  Duties and responsibilities:

·         Development implementation and monitoring of a sales and effective business plan to deliver and exceed company sales targets

·         Supervise sales representative team and manage their performance and discipline and sales

·         Train and coach sales  representative to ensure high performance and professionalism

·         Achieve budgeted sales target through development of a business plan that translates into both short and long term plans, utilizing tactical and proper field activities

·         Sell a full product line of offerings maintain accurate customer information and handle other related duties as assigned

·         Ensure that all personal team and business expense are controlled and monitored against budgeted limits

·         Implement sales activity and follow up on progress with sales representative team

·         Monitor closely and follow up on sales and distribution trend of medical representative and key customers

·         Do regular market visit and provincial visit to keep track of customer needs and to get market information and competitor activity feedback

·         Report daily to sales manager

·         Electronic report  monthly

·         Preparing annually budget and forecast

·         Promoting of new of  products and team

·         Expansion of group products

·         Continues training

·         Improve the quality and sales for the New products of the Group

·         Maintain good relationship with clients

·         Opening new selling points.

 
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

·         Demonstrated and proven sales results

·         Computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

·         Focused on customer service and sales.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English

·         Motivated  and goal-oriented

·         In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market

·         Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

·         Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
