Duties and responsibilities: · Managing diaries and making appointment · Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings · Taking minutes · Maintaining filing systems · Photocopying and Printing · Drafting letters and other documents. · Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. · Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries · Travel arrangement. · |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · Secretarial institute / university degree · Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in the same Field · Presentable · Good communication, customer service and relationship. · Attention to details · High organizational and time management skills · Fluent in Arabic and English · Using various computer packages – word, excel, power point. · High team working skills |
