I&W Sales Representatives

A – GENERAL JOB PROVISIONS
To manage and profitably grow commercial business in the assigned sector/territory and achieve agreed
Volume and margin targets; and be the key contact in bridging the customer and the organization,
Effectively managing the inherent internal and external relationships. To add value to both the
Customer and the organization through flawless execution, speed to market and continuous business
Appraisal, with constant emphasis on safety and controls.

B - BASIC FUNCTIONS
1.    Achieve agreed volume, margin and revenue objectives in line with the overall organizational objectives
2.    Maintain base business by identifying what drives customer purchasing decisions and presenting an offer that exceeds customer expectations and delivers superior returns to the organization
3.    Develop customer portfolio with limited supervision; build strong and effective customer bonds through positive interaction and tactful negotiation.
4.    Effectively manage customer accounts to ensure uninterrupted business and minimal company exposure in uncollected Trade Accounts Receivable
5.    Regularly gather competitive market intelligence to determine evolving trends that impact the business and make appropriate decisions timely.
6.    Routinely explore new and profitable business opportunities and subsequently conduct route and site risk assessments prior to the initial delivery
7.    Leverage the skills and talents of other team members and support functions such as Customer Service, Accounts, Business Support and Technical Services
8.    Specifically, work closely with Assets and Engineering to ensure all equipment at customer sites is in prime working order and all projects are done within the defined parameters
9.    Be the first point of contact and take the lead in resolving customer complaints and investigating any incidents.

C. QUALIFCATIONS, EXPERIENCE& COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
    i. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or  03 years Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin., Economics , Mechanical Engineering , Chemical Engineering or related field.

ii.Minimum experience:-
- (03) & (5) years for Bachelor degree and 03 years Diploma holders respectively in a relevant field.
- Valid driving license.
- Reporting and analytical skills and ability to use Excel and other MS. Office application at ease.
- Ability to work under different environments and cope with changes.

iii.    Competencies:
-    The candidate must have good understanding of Petroleum industry and able to steward a complex business with Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate ability to influence, develop, and steward dealers/customers to achieve pre-set goals and objectives through teamwork.
-    English Language proficiency
-    Good command of Computer Skills and MS Application, especially Excel
