Job Purpose:

·         The trade counter store assistant is responsible for the entire operation of the fragrance store.

·         Opening up and closing the fragrance store

·         Helping customers and clients select and purchase fragrance

·         Advises customers/ clients and shares product knowledge which meets customer requirements    

·         Daily cash handling and accurate transaction recording of all sales

·         Maintain daily sales register and banking  

·         Assisting customers with bulk orders

·         Maintains sufficient stock levels by conducting accurate stock and order ledgers

·         Keeps the store clean, tidy and safe at all times

·         Builds credible business and customer relations 

·         need a person who is highly reliable and trustworthy because the trade counter assistant will work independently

·         The assistant must be able to speak English and Arabic

·         need a person who has fragrance product knowledge, along with experience of working in sales and a retail environment

·         IT skills are also required with a good level of math’s due to stock and order and handling cash and banking  

·         The store will open 6 days per week and close on Fridays
