 Background:

Age: 30 & Above

Position Numbers: Two Positions for 1/ Khartoum                               2/ Gezira

Job Purpose:

·         To act as HR representative, to carry out all operation related tasks, communicate and follow-up factory issues to assure efficient & effective HR operations.  



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

·         Plans, organize, and controls the operations and work activities of the work unit; Prepares and secures approval of the work unit's operating budget for inclusion in the departmental budget.

·         Participates in the development policies, procedures, systems, and guidelines relating to HR management; Assists in ensuring the compliance by all concerned with such policies, procedures, systems, and guidelines that have been approved for implementation.

·         Assists in the undertaking of HR planning by analyzing and consolidating forecasts done by different departments of manpower requirements in quantitative and qualitative terms.

·         Follow up with payroll section concerning (Bank Account, Local Amount, and termination of Employees and others related entitlements).

·         Resolve HR issues, conflicts and grievances and circulate to HR Director as deemed necessary.

·         Carry-out other necessary HR operations activities as directed by HR Director.

·         Prepare weekly, monthly or Ad hoc reports.

·         Audits employee data to ensure accurate position control and salary placement.

·         Researches, recommends and implements HR software/hardware systems.

·         Designs, assesses and coordinates HR activities to integrate with other Factory systems, processes and procedures.

·         Directs, evaluates and supervises staff.

·         Trains staff on complex HR systems and processes, including but not limited to HR/Payroll systems, leave management, and position control.

·          Assures compliance with labor laws stipulates and fully coordinates works with labor office in his place.

·         Organize employee data both hard in files and cabinets to ensure smooth access, retrieval and better reports.

·         Must be fully aware of National Insurance Laws and work compensations articles.

·         Must adhere to company policies and procedures in the various operations he handles.

Must be well acquainted with HR Functions, such as recruitment, MP planning, compensations and Benefits, Performance and assessments, training and development, 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

·         BSc in business administration or any other related field

·         Minimum (3-5) Years of Experience.

·         Organizing skills.

·         Problem Solving and Conflict Management.

·         Negotiation skills.

·         Able to handle multitask.

·         Communication skills.

·         Ms. Office proficiency.

·         English language fluency.
