 Background:

·         To participate in setting and implementing Company’s strategic goals and objectives, giving directions and leadership towards the achievement of its, mission, vision and values. Achieve increased sales and customer satisfaction by supporting Sales teams with respect to resource management and effectively monitoring and analyzing the quality and quantity of sales performance against goals.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements strategic Sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and implements procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Sales.
  • Sets performance standards to meet service goals of company.
  • Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Company’s systems and processes.
  • Develops and manages Sales operating budgets.
  • Participates in developing and recommending product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Monitors competitor Products and Sales activities.
  • Ensures effective control of Sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of Sales objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Guides preparation of Sales activity reports and presents to executive management.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent company image throughout all Sales activities and events.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key Strategic partners.
  • Directs sales channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of Sales to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control Sales programs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Works continually towards self-development to stay current on customer service, sales and supervisory procedures & practices.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

·         Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business. Preferably holding MBA.

·         A minimum of 7-10 years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities, preferably in Food industry.

·         Demonstrated in-depth Sales and Customer Services techniques and financial principles.

·         Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
