·         This position is responsible for managing key Supply Chain related functions such as material planning, scheduling and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific products, internal and external purchasing, inventory control, shipping and receiving.

·         Responsible of International purchase of Food commodities and local purchase.

·         Manages the procurement and customs clearance to ensure on-time delivery of the products.

·         Monitor supplier performance to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

·         Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits.

·         Select transportation routes to minimize cost.

·         Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.

·         Follow up raw material inventory availability to meet plant objectives.

·         Implement new or improve supply chain processes.

·         Help, establish and manage finished goods and raw material budgets.

·         Manage orders to satisfy production and customer requirements.

·         Supervise, develop and coach supply chain team in the performance of their duties, complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.

·         Manages daily activities of purchasing and customs clearance team to ensure customer expectations and internal requirements are met. Collaborates with teammates and interfacing departments.

·         Ensure savings in the total value of purchases by reducing the total cost.

·         Prepare monthly reports on the procurement in terms of quality and price.

·         Prepare Periodic reports on the quality of suppliers who deal with the company.

·         Ensure clearance of shipments without delay and without the payment of demurrage.

·         Records accurate data of the goods that have been ordered and/or cleared through customs.

·         Bachelor’s Degree in any related field with certificates in supply chain management

·         Five or more Years of supply chain management experience with prior purchasing experience

·         Organization, coaching and supervisory skills.

·         Report writing ability.

·         Able to work off own Initiative.

·         Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
