·         To train sales promoter on Company  Products

·         To carry at least 4 big training sessions for Sales promoters and FSM per Month with test to evaluate the level of understanding of the given materials.

·         To execute and follow the assigned training plan for the FSM and Sales Promoters.

·         To carry out daily visits to store to train the Store Staff, Promoters.

·         To Daily and weekly report the Store name and the name of the staff that got the training and on which products/models.

·         To hand out trainees the training materials, leaflets or sales guide that helps them to remember the training points.

·         To train sales promoters on Company sales soft skills as per Company Guideline.

·         Others tasks.

·         Any engineering background, computer science , science or Business administration or Marketing

·         At least one year of Experience in Marketing , Sales and others relevant fields

·         Communication and presentation skills is must , English language is must
