 Background:

for Tobacco & Cigarette Company 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

Ownership of Infinity system (The Payroll System): add the employees to the system and making sure, that all their information is correct.

·         Manage Leavers payments & Calculation of redundancy terms for sign off.

·         Manage the payment& the letters of the Bonus and Salary Increase.

·         Respond to payroll related issues and ensure that they are sustainably resolved.

o   Manage Life Insurances & Pension Plan.

o   Raise Appointment Approvals.

o   Create Employees Vendor account.

o   Manage the payroll for the outsourced Employees.

o   Sending announcements related to Shared Services.

o   HR administration through both the use of standard documents and by drafting ad-hoc letters as required.

o   Maintain and make available HR policies.

·         Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.

·         Implement appropriate learning interventions taking into account learning principles and theories (e.g. training programmers, coaching, on-the-job learning …etc.) and manage             the ongoing delivery.

·         Ensure the building of talent pipeline (identified successors) within the Trade function and HR rigorous development plans/opportunities are in place.

·         Facilitate change and change management interventions, inspiring colleagues to embrace change in order to ensure they are equipped for future challenges.

·         Drive the people processes (Performance, Development, and Career) to ensure employees level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

 

·         Higher education in Business Administration and/or HR Management

·         Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR shared services environment

·         HR Administration & payroll experience gained within a medium to large HR department

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Computer literate

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·          Fluency in English a must

·         Ability to engage, inspire and influence people and Team player

·         Customer service orientation
