 Duties and responsibilities:

 

·         Ownership of Infinity system (The Payroll System): add the employees to the system and making sure, that all their information is correct.

·         Manage Leavers payments & Calculation of redundancy terms for sign off.

·         Respond to payroll related issues and ensure that they are sustainably resolved.

·         Manage Life Insurances & Pension Plan.

·         Sending announcements related to Shared Services.

·         HR administration through both the use of standard documents and by drafting ad-hoc letters as required.

·         Maintain and make available HR policies.

·         Ministry of Labor: Provide the lawyer with relevant requirements such as employees schedule, internal policies etc.

·         Prepare employment contracts, termination, promotion and transfer letters

·         Update and safe keep employee personal files and maintain data in SAP HR ensuring accuracy at all times

·         Ensure that adequate HR files, records and statistics are maintained so that they comply with company and legal guidelines and that they ensure the speedy                       provision accurate and meaningful information when required

·         Manage healthcare (Medical Insurance) and other benefits

·         Leave Management: Keeping record of the employees leave, addressing guidelines related to leave policy


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

 

·         Higher education in Business Administration and/or HR Management

·         HR Administration & payroll experience gained within a medium to large HR department

·         Minimum of 2-  4 years’ experience in HR shared services environment

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Computer literate

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Fluency in English a must.
