 Background:

Senior HR for Largest Companies in the Foodstuff Packaging and Import Sector in Sudan



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, recreation programs.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
  • Dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Identify and manage staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
  • Develop or administer special projects in areas such as pay equity, savings bond programs, and employee awards.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company objectives.
  • Develop and conduct staff training and development programs and schedule training courses in house and out.
  • Identify development needs for staff and develop good relations with training bodies.  
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
  • Provide employees with suitable health insurance policy.
  • Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
  • Provide terminated employees with outplacement or relocation assistance.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Qualification & Requirements:

 

·         Minimum 8 as a senior Human Resources and/or Generalist.

·         Minimum: Bachelor Degree Master’s Degree on Business Administration or HRM.

·         MBA with HRM specialization or any related HRM degrees is preferable..

·         Minimum combination of education and training of relevant experience
