Education:
Essential: University degree in Public Health, or Demography, or Statistics.
Desirable: Degree or training in information management system and their application to project management monitoring and evaluation.
WHO only considers higher educational qualifications obtained from an accredited institution.

Functional Skills and Knowledge:
-Broad knowledge of women's Health, especially FGM Programs
-Sound writing, organizational, analytical and evaluation skills.
-Very good knowledge or understanding of donor agreements and reporting requirements, as well as UN financial rules.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure; tact, discretion and diplomacy.
Other Skills (e.g. IT):
-Proficiency in MS Office, statistical packages, database functions and other relevant computer technologies.
Experience:
Essential: At least 2 years of relevant experience in project design and management, project monitoring evaluation or reporting and documentation especially for field projects; compilation of data and MIS.
Desirable: Experience in women and girls health or FGM in WHO, the UN System, and/or a governmental or non-governmental organization at national or international level.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English and local language.
