Education:
Essential: University Degree in Medicine or Public Health.
Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Public Health or health related field.

Functional Skills and Knowledge:
- Sound technical knowledge on Women and Girl's Health, especially FGM Programs.
- Broad knowledge on NGO, UN agency and governmental institution modalities of operation
- Thorough practical knowledge of information management;
- Proven organizational and management skills
- Very good ability to plan, conceptualize, display, format-create layout, brainstorm new ideas and anticipate problems, improvise, adapt etc
Other Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience:
Essential: At least 2 years' relevant experience in the field of Women and Girls' Health or FGM.
Desirable: Experience in programme planning, monitoring, evaluation and training. Relevant Work experience with Ministry of Health, National or International or WHO or UN Organizations.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English and local language.
