Background:
JOB SUMMARY:
· Responsible for food preparation and production as per instructions from the Senior Cook/Chef. All preparation must be done as per recipe or Guidelines given.

Duties and responsibilities:
· Applies and follows the contractual obligations, as per the Company policies and procedures. · Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements. · Ensures Personal Hygiene standards, uniform code and code of behavior is strictly followed and complied with. · Under general supervision, performs moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, and other similar items. · Performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. · Receives and carries out instructions given by immediate superior. · Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as directed. · Follows Health and Safety measures including code of Accident prevention. · Responsible for cleaning and deep cleaning of all designated production areas. · Ensures Kitchen Hygiene & Cleanliness is maintained at the highest possible standards at all times. · Pays constant attention to Safe Work Practices and immediately addresses any unsafe act witnessed. · To comply with QHSE policies and rules set by the company and to continually support the same to ensure a safe and healthy working environment |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · Certified training in Food Production · Minimum of 2 to 3 years experiences in a similar position within a 4 to 5 star environment or Remote Site Life services. · Must be fluent in English |

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be mentally and physically fit and have the ability to work long periods. Should be energetic and enthusiastic and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
