Duties and responsibilities: 1) Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff. 2) Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place 3) Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions 4) Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations 5) Identify training and development opportunities 6) Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities 7) Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures 8) Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles 9) Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans 10) Provide staff orientations 11) Access funding for training and write proposals |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: 1) Bachelor Degree in Business Administration 2) English Language 3) Computer Skills 4) Military Service 5) good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills 6) good oral and written communication skills 7) tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information 8) Understanding numeric data 9) Being proactive and flexible 10) Information technology 11) Meeting deadlines 12) Communication 13) Being courteous and professional 14) Being confident, thorough and collaborative 15) Planning 16) Project management
