a.      Maintenance for residential and commercial facilities. It’s very important they have experience in “Maintenance”.  We had bad experienced with those who have a “Construction” background only. Maintenance staff have the ability to troubleshoot problems and use some analytical thinking.

b.      We prefer if they have experience in multi-national companies, like Samsung, LG, GE, York, Career, etc.

c.      Age between 25-40

d.      Must speak English

e.      It’s a plus if the candidate know how to drive a car, and has a driving license.

f.       Salary is SR1800 per month + SR300 Food Allowance + SR500 Monthly bonus, depending on performance + Overtime if we asked to work during off duty time + Medical insurance + 21 days’ vacation every year to be taken every 2 years + Air-ticket every 2 years +  Initial & Final Air-ticket + All Iqama and governmental fees are paid by company
