 Duties and responsibilities:

·        Initiates the internal and external recruitment process, by placing an internal announcement for the existing vacancies giving the chance to company employees to apply for the vacant position, placing advertisement in the news papers or any other media means, and coordinating with recruitment agencies, to ensure that company vacant positions are announced adequately through various sources.

·        Coordinates the testing and interviewing process, by sending the application acceptance letter for those selected for interview, determining the date and venue of interview, updating the concerned department manger about the interview details, and providing him /her with the applicant CV, along with the functional interview form, to ensure fair and objective interviewing and testing process is taking place within company standards.

·        Participates in the selection process, by getting feedback from directors and/or managers on the successful candidates, consolidating the interview results, preparing the final short list form and submitting it to the recruitment and personnel manager, to ensure relevant selection process is taking place within company standards.

·        Coordinate for induction training by insure new staff are familiar with company policies and procedures

·        Coordinate training activities: by insuring all target candidate attend the training and the evaluation of the training and feedback update to concerned manager by summiting all required document.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

·         Bsc in Business Administration.

·         2-3 years experience.

·         Good computer skills.
