 Background:

Scope of the Position:
Implements the company’s internal/external activities in order to provide the public and media with timely and accurate information in matters of public interest and to provide a positive organizational image. Performs related duties as assigned.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Establish relationship between the company with all customers and dealers.
  • Carry out all the procedures related to the government entities, Banks and minor procurements.
  • Follow-up the telecommunications bills with the telecom operators (Telephone lines / Internet / Cell phones).
  • Follow up the implementation of the internal media activities for company.
  • Impalement the official publications for the company (publications / headed papers / envelops / stamps).
  • Work to bring the daily newspapers to the company.
  • Follow up the laws regulating of the work from the official authority.
  • Carry out all the procedures related to the employees work traveling.
  • Responsible for all the procedures related to the company guests.
  • Follow-up the company P.O. Box.
  • Prepare periodic reports for the work of the public relations.
  • Establish a social activity between Elbarbary employees reflects the spirit of the company loyalty.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.

Experience:
The candidate must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years Relevant Experience.

Skills:
• Dependable and highly organized with business maturity, discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with high level of attention to detail.
• Self starter who can work independently.
• Outgoing, with the ability to work under stress and consistently meet deadlines.
• Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload; and ability to follow directions.

Job Details:
• Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Free from national service.
